The Job Board (also called Callings) is where people post short favors — feedback, promo swaps, and similar help — and others claim them.
Official callings come from the hearth and pay Wisps when you complete them. They do not grant Wanderer XP (Progress goals handle habit XP separately).
Peer callings are posted by members:
- The poster stakes Embers and sets how many people can claim.
- Claimers do the work and submit evidence.
- The poster accepts (Embers release to the claimer) or rejects.
- Unused stakes can auto-release if a job sits too long.
Standing matters. Frequent unfair rejects or over-claiming can limit how much you can post or take on. Confirm your email before posting peer jobs. Open My Jobs to track what you posted and what you claimed.
